Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Little Nest: Baby Tracker (bundle identifier com.haadbaig.littlenest) for iOS, published by Haad Baig. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you do not, delete the app.
Little Nest is not a medical device
Little Nest is not a medical device and not a medical app. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it gives no medical advice. Its reminders, cards and trends are not clinical guidance and must not be read as such.
It exists to help you keep track of your own day — time management and memory, nothing more. Nothing in it substitutes for a doctor, midwife, health visitor or other qualified professional. If you have any concern about your child’s health or your own, contact a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Little Nest on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, rent out, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law says you may regardless of this clause. The app itself remains ours; anything you log in it remains yours, and it stays on your device.
Your data
Everything you record stays on your phone. There is no account and no server copy, which means we cannot recover your entries for you if the device or the app’s data is lost. Keeping a device backup is your call — see the Privacy Policy.
Subscription
Trial and plans
Little Nest offers an auto-renewing subscription with a 3-day free trial, billed monthly or yearly. Prices vary by App Store storefront and are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm anything.
Payment and renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
Managing and cancelling
You manage and cancel the subscription yourself, in your App Store account settings on your device. We cannot cancel it for you and have no access to your billing. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Free trial
Where Apple applies it, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple and not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue, approve or overturn a refund.
Where your subscription works
A subscription is tied to the Apple Account that bought it. “Restore Purchases” brings it back on that person’s other Apple devices signed in to the same account. It does not transfer to a different store account, and moving to another platform would mean buying again.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and for its intended purpose: keeping your own record of your own day. Do not attempt to interfere with it or with the systems it relies on.
The app is provided “as is”
Little Nest is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that reminders will always fire on time, or that it will suit any particular need. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost data, or for any decision taken in reliance on the app — including any missed or mistimed reminder. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. This clause does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending these terms
You can end them at any time by deleting the app — cancel any subscription separately in your App Store settings first. We may end them if you materially breach them. The licence ends with the terms; your data stays on your device until you remove it.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. The App Store Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchase.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The current version is always on this page with its “last updated” date, and material changes will be notified in the app or here before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
